Karayan, JD, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Joseph W. Neff, JD was a partner in the LA office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Charles Swenson, PhD, CPA, is a Professor of Taxation at the University of Southern California.
