I find this textbook to be an extremely useful resource for my clients, and personally. It is a helpful way for clients to read and reflect on topics discussed in treatment, the authors come across as very kind and compassionate. The approach is clear and well thought-out, and their insights and suggested practices are really helpful. These authors really helped think about how I relate to my own anxiety. I recommend this book.
