Author Biography

Ravonne A. Green, PhD, is assistant professor in the Master of Library and Information Science program at Valdosta State University, Valdosta, GA. She is the author of Library Management: A Case Study Approach. Vera Blair, MLIS, is a civil air patrol pilot who has conducted several assistive technology workshops for public libraries.
