Author Biography
Mike Mentzer was heralded as a leader in the world of bodybuilding for nearly three decades. His monthly column "Heavy Duty" was a highly popular feature in Ironman magazine until his death in 2001.
John R. Little is the author of several books on bodybuilding and martial arts. His articles have appeared in every major health and fitness periodical in North America. Little has also taken over authorship of Mike Mentzer's popular "Heavy Duty" column in Ironman.
